Will Narduzzi graduated from the University of Dallas with degrees in Economics and Art History. He began his career in commercial real estate and insurance at Holt Lunsford Commercial before joining Matador in October 2022. As Chief Investment Officer, Will focuses on acquisitions, investment strategy, underwriting, and portfolio growth for both value add industrial and structured finance. His experience across brokerage, insurance, and investment analysis strengthens the firm’s strategic and operational capabilities.
