Since 2011, he has built a diverse career in the Dallas commercial real estate industry, holding positions on both the principal and brokerage sides of the business before spending the past five years with a Dallas-based family office. Throughout his career, John has focused on sourcing investment opportunities, underwriting acquisitions, and managing due diligence processes. At Matador, he specializes in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction analysis within the firm’s M&A advisory practice.
