Dylan Davis graduated from Texas Tech University’s Rawls College of Business with degrees in Finance and Marketing. Prior to joining Matador in 2024, he developed analytical and underwriting experience within the property and casualty insurance industry and further expanded his real estate knowledge at STRIVE. At Matador, Dylan focuses on sourcing, underwriting, and evaluating new investment opportunities while also supporting asset management initiatives across the firm’s portfolio.
