Caleb Horton graduated from Texas Tech University’s Rawls College of Business with a degree in Business Management and is a licensed Texas real estate professional. He began his commercial real estate career at NAI Partners in San Antonio, where he focused on investment sales along with tenant and landlord representation. Through this experience, Caleb developed a strong understanding of value-add industrial real estate and investment optimization strategies. At Matador, he supports acquisitions, underwriting, and market analysis across the firm’s industrial investment platform.
