Caleb Horton graduated from Texas Tech University’s Rawls College of Business with a bachelor’s degree in business management. He is a licensed Realtor in the State of Texas. His passion for industrial real estate began at NAI Partners in San Antonio, where he focused on investment sales and tenant and landlord representation. Through this experience, Caleb developed extensive insight into value-add industrial assets and investment optimization strategies. He is committed to delivering exceptional outcomes and contributing to Matador’s continued growth in the dynamic industrial real estate sector. Outside of his professional career, Caleb enjoys spending time with his wife, Rachel, as well as family and friends. He is an avid golfer and enjoys being outdoors.
